Caramel Sauce II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups evaporated milk

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine evaporated milk, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla and vanilla. Bring to a simmer just to a simmer. Stir constantly.

While still in heat, over low heat, combine pudding mix and evaporated milk. Bring to a simmer for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate pudding mix.

Bring to a boil, add evaporated milk, reduce heat to low, and simmer for two minutes. Remove from heat. Remove from heat and continue simmering chocolate pudding for one minute.
