1 pound hot dogs
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the raw hot dog meat, granulated sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, dry mustard, hot pepper sauce and butter. Place the hot dogs in the prepared baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 2 hours, or until dogs are tender.
