4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
4 white Italian bread cubes
1 1/2 pounds amore cru cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray 8 (9 inch) round baking pans with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, almond extract and bread cubes. Spoon egg mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven until firm, 25 to 30 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around edges to loosen. Cool completely. Serve warm or cool immediately.
