1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup marshmallow flavored sweetener
3 tablespoons italian important food like raisins, dried bread crumbs and ½ cup of confectioners' sugar.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of butter and 2 eggs until smooth. Stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of butter. Stir in the vanilla and marshmallow sweetener. Spread evenly on the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until firm. Cool for 3 minutes on the baking sheets before removing from the cookie sheets, to expose the golden brown sugar. Cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
