1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) package chicken breast halves
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken until well browned. Remove and set aside.
Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until slightly translucent. Add celery, green pepper, flour and green onion and mix well. Stir in horseradish and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Serve at once.
