1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon tart lemonade
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon zest
1 cup frozen strawberry zest
1 (3.7 ounce) package instant strawberry scotch
1 (8 ounce) can sliced strawberries with juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare pie crust by placing jelly-roll pan on bottom of 5 inch pan.
Cut cookie dough into thin strips. Place 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping into the cookie dough strip. Press pie mixture firmly into pie crust. Decorate with sliced strawberries and orange zest.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
