1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup
2 tablespoons peanut oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a small saucepan bring water and Worcestershire sauce to a boil. Stir in ketchup and oil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Mix vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Return meat to a large heat disc, and stir together. Heat through and serve.
