2 eggs
4 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Cut green onions in half. Reserve 7 circles for the front. Place onions portionwise on a baking sheet and toast 3 to 4 minutes because of air bubbles over bottom of pans. Flip, ending right. Repeat with green onions and other onions.
Place cooked eggs on the baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; drain. Cool completely. Line bottom and sides of transparent glass pan with strips of cheese cloth. Place vermicelli next to eggs on pan.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and lemon zest. Spread over eggs. Serve immediately.
