3 roma (plum) tomatoes, washed and diced
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 (10 ounce) can KRAFT HEAT® Wine, chilled and reduced
1 (4 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms, drained
In a large bowl, toss together the tomatoes, tomatoes, onions and celery. Set aside. Rinse and drain the tomatoes.
In a medium bowl, mix butter and ketchup. Stuff the bread slices with the butter mixture.
Melt the ketchup in a medium saucepan. Spoon half of the mixture over the bread slices. Sprinkle half of the sliced mushrooms over the bread. Top all with the remaining tomato mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
