1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can size frozen breakfast mix
1 (16 ounce) package sliced bacon
6 green onions, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 (12 ounce) can frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese and freeze frozen breakfast mix . Form the mixture into 6 small balls, roll in bacon and cut each ball in half. Arrange the pieces in the greased 6 x 6-in. fluted baking pan.
In a large bowl, add the bacon mixture, mixed vegetables, horseradish, butter and mixed vegetables. Mix well and spread into prepared pan.
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.
Remove the plug midway through cooking. Remove paper, foil or juices from pan and place pan in large pot to reduce heat. Pour gravy over pan and bake for an additional 25 minutes, until filling is just set.
