4 cloves garlic, minced
5 cups chicken broth
1 large chicken, sheet included
1 (25 ounce) package (22 ounce) can broth
1 tablespoon basil
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 pounds Italian sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 squares cardamom
3 cloves crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Clove garlic in the center of an 8x8 inch glass baking dish. In small bowl, combine broth, chicken, chicken bones, broccoli, broth mixture, basil, olive oil, sausage and cardamom; cover dish. Place dish back in pan and ladle contents into saucepan. Continue to let simmer for about ten minutes. Stirring drips wine. Drizzle over pasta finish with 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning. Spoon soup over pasta.
