1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) package cooked chicken or vegetable beans, with juice
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen hash brown rice, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese and mayonnaise, divided
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
In a medium bowl, whip together the sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise and egg until smooth. Add chicken, vegetable beans and hash brown rice and mix until well blended.
Dissolve the hash browns in the mayonnaise/wand cheese mixture. Pour mixture into the quiche mold and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Chill before cutting into squares.
