2 pounds bacon
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons prepared white sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, corn syrup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and sugar. Stir in bacon grease.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove foil, line pan with foil, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
