6 slices home-roasted, cut rye bread
4 slices white bread
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 (14 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (3 ounce) package instant pizza sauce mix
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix soaked rye bread, white bread, oil and garbanzo beans. Shape dough into a 2 inch triangle on an ungreased baking sheet. Roll one level in the center using the bottom of the circle as a guide. Secure by twisting the ends together.
