2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup water
3 pounds ground beef
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup beef bouillon powder
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and sugar, salt and pepper for 5 to 10 minutes, adding enough water to coat all. Remove from heat and stir in beef cubes. At this point, add bouillon powder and saute 5 minutes. Stir into onion mixture and boil for a couple of minutes. This recipe will need a large pot to achieve maximum stir-tastes.
