4 ounces dry white chocolate syrup
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 banana, chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped currants
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large glass or metal bowl, beat the white chocolate syrup and coconut until smooth. Beat in butter, bananas and currants. Pour this mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake pie from 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 85 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
