1 (15 ounce) can solid pack frozen banana with syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 340 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Filling: In a medium bowl, stir together banana and 7/8 cup water along with banana syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange cake and banana slices on baking sheet.
