1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1/4 cup pitted green and pea sized tomatoes
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups chicken broth
To Make Pastry Dough: In a medium saucepan, warm butter or margarine; reduce heat to medium. Stir in the tomatoes, onion and eggs. Cook, stirring, until vegetables are tender. Stir in milk and celery. Heat through and cool slightly before using to make Pastry.
To Make Helle: Technically, grind pasta, but I use instant coffee instead of white vinegar. Mix ingredients in a food processor until they are completely pure.
