1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 (10 ounce) package strawberry vanilla pudding mix
2 teaspoons strawberries, sliced
3 cups milk
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon lemon zest
For pie crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chocolate cookie crumbs in bottom of 9 inch nonstick baking dish. Spread pudding mix over cookie crust. Sprinkle sides of pie with lemon zest. Cover prepared pie crust tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil before cutting edge of pie. Cut into 6 inch squares. Refrigerate while serving and refrigerate scraps.
