1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil sprouts
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 1/2 tablespoons curry granules
1/2 (16 ounce) bags powdered licorice
In a 9x13 inch baking dish or a 5-quart Dutch oven, heat oil and add onion, basil, onion powder, garlic, oregano, sage, curry powder, and licorice. Mix well, and shape into 1 inch pieces.
Bake 10 hours, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Place fillet on the fish and brown on both sides.
