4 cups water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups water, soy sauce, flour, baking powder, salt and 2 cups bread cubes. Stir until well blended. Stir in tomato sauce and basil.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
