26 ounces bar BBQ sauce
2 slices bacon, sliced into slabs
1 onion, sliced into strips
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a mixing bowl, toss together the BBQ sauce, bacon, onion and eggs.
Brush bottom of an 8 inch square pan with oil. Add vegetable mixture; mix with barbecue sauce, bacon, onion and eggs. Reserve 1 1/2 cup of vegetable mixture for garnish.
Garnish with 1/2 cup reserved tomato mixture: Place slices of bacon on top of slices of vegetables.
Note: Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Allow to cool on a resealable container. Garnish with remaining tomato mixture.
