1 (8 ounce) can honey
1 (3 ounce) can corn syrup
2 quarts beer
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 fluid ounces lemon juice
2 slices lobster
6 teaspoons lemon zest
In a small saucepan combine honey, corn syrup, beer, white vinegar, lemon juice and 2 slices of lobster. Bring to a boil, stirring with a wooden spoon. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve warm.
