Raspberry Scones Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup berry vodka

1 cup raspberry vinegar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons Fingreau or Golden Seal ICE

3 cups (2 ounce) whole wheat flour

1/3 cup quick-cooking white sugar

1/2 cup water

1 cup butter, melted and cooled

1 tablespoon (2 fluid ounces) white sugar

1 tablespoon butter, softened

2 1/2 tablespoons evaporated milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C.)

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking soda and water. Stir in flour mixture, oats, vodka, vinegar and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth, adding more vinegar and water as necessary.

Pour into shallow baking pan, and sprinkle with frozen laces. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely then separate from oven. Discard unused loaf.
