1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup overripe mango
1 (14 ounce) can cream-style low-fat milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup new milk
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons fritter recipe (see Note).
In a small bowl, dissolve the water and oil in the milk. Mix in flour, salt, and 1/4 cup butter. Mix well, then pour into bowl.
In a large bowl, toss together the milk mixture with the ground beef, salt, and 1/4 cup new milk. Toss until all the milk and non-fat dry ingredients are well coated. Stir in the fritters, milk, cinnamon, and sugar.
