1 pound ground pork
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can frozen sweet potatoes
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
2 cups milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1 (1 (8 ounce) container prepared Cheddar cheese spread
In a large bowl, combine pork and cream cheese. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine sweet potatoes, corn, onion soup mix and milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Stir in yogurt half-way through.
