1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen confectioners' coating (e.g. "Coco Cola")
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
To Make (Strawberry Upside-Down) Meringue: Combine almond, sugar, cocoa, and 2 cups confectioners' coating. Butter a muffin-shaped mold or 9x5-inch pan.
Spread meringue evenly over prepared cake, still in oven. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool 30 minutes in the pan before removing from pan.
