1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
12 mozzarella cheese, cubed
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and sugar. Shape the mixture into mozzarella cubes. Chill in the refrigerator eight hours before serving as a dip for bread.
