2 (12 ounce) cans frozen whipped topping, thawed and drained
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) package processed cheese food
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, cream together the whipped topping and instant pudding mix. Beat in the cooled pudding mix. Stir in the processed cheese and milk. Pour in the chocolate chips and milk. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for several hours, or overnight.
