1 pound roasted garlic
3 large onions, chopped
1/2 cup butter, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 bay leaf
4 slices chicken breast meat
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Saute garlic, onions, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, thyme, basil, oregano, parsley and bay leaf.
Stir mixture into saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 60 minutes.
