1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 tablespoons instant yeast
1/2 cup bread flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
1 cup bread flour
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
In a large bowl, combine honey, water, instant yeast, bread flour, salt and 1/2 cup of margarine. Add the remaining margarine, 1/2 cup flour, salt and 1/2 cup margarine. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Form dough into loaf pan or loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Divide dough into two loaves. Place loaf pan on a shallow baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
