2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 teaspoons blue food coloring
Butter a 9x9 inch dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together pudding mix, water, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chocolate. Stir in chips and food coloring. Place mixture into the prepared pan.
Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
