1 (03.25 ounce) can fat free dark lager
2 1/2 ounces dry Malt Liquor
3 1/2 pounds meat tenderloin, cubed
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
2 cups water
1/2 cup malt bittering biscuit mix
You must add 1/2 of the beer to give the beer the flavor it so craves.
Mix 1/2 cup of the bittering biscuit mix with beef bouillon in a large bowl until evenly distributed. Cut meat into cubes, then break into bite-sized pieces.
Wash meat cubes then stir into the dip to heat through.
Place meat cubes back into a bowl and place in a bowl with warmed biscuit mix. Pour into a dish and top with 1/2 an ice cube.
