1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
4/5 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups frozen peaches, thawed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
In a medium bowl, cream together the peanut butter with milk and sugar until smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla; stir into the creamed mixture. Pour onto prepared crust.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool before serving. Enjoy!
