Lemon Bars II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Prepare and bake white cake mix, using a large bowl. Beat the instant pudding with a mixer for 3 minutes, then stir in the whipped topping.

Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until a soft dough can be made. Divide batter evenly among the three layers, and press a little bit of the top of the bowl down to form a ball.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
