1 1/2 cups margarine
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup milk
8 tablespoons white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
4 tablespoons chopped pecans
In a large bowl, blend margarine, corn syrup, milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Mix in pecans. Shape consistency of dough into ball; roll into 1 inch balls.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 22 to 24 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
