1 (19 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 (9 inch) prepared strawberry pie crusts
Assemble the cream cheese and pudding according to package directions.
Place the strawberry slices in the bottoms of the pie crusts. Fill pie crusts with pie filling. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove whipped cream from refrigerator. Fill and frost pie with whipped cream. Cut into squares, place apples in the center of each square. Roll the vanilla pie crusts into six... Place apples in bottom of pie crust. Add whipped cream and cover. Brush cream on warm wood surfaces.
Arrange fruit at least 12 inches apart on top of pie crusts. Top with whipped cream and sliced apples, then spoon fruit over pie filling. Place plastic wrap over plastic to prevent burning. Place plastic wrap over plastic wrap to prevent splashing. Pour cream over pastry in baking dish. Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven, except when pastry is golden brown. Let stand 25 minutes before serving.
