1 (8 ounce) package burrito-style dough
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup sliced ripe olives
1 cup diced black olives
3 slices crisp-cut bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to fit rectangle. Cut into 4 slices. Place flat side down on a baking sheet. Brush with water or margarine, and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.
Place slices of burrito-style dough in the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Drizzle with sour cream and strips of yellow onion. Sprinkle with slices of bacon. Cover with lettuce and spoon slices of cheese across the bottom and sides of the pan.
Top each slice with 1 egg, and sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately, or chill for several hours before serving.
