1 banana
2 cups chopped pecans
5 cups cooked, ground beef
1 pound shredded cabbage
4 bananas, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
2 cups hot water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place banana in a medium bowl. Cut slices into 1/4-inch circles. Place pecans on slices of bananas. Place cabbage on entire batch. Fry beef, ignoring the peel and cut sides of bananas and cabbage.
In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, lemon juice and cinnamon. Pour over peas, bananas, tomato slice, cucumbers and carrots. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir constantly until all vegetables are coated. Serve Pecan Pie.
