3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 tablespoons brown sugar
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan combine olive oil, garlic, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is browned and juices run clear; drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cold.
I'm going 4 stars after reading the negative reviews. I didn't think they were as easy as everyone said. I made them for my wife and they loved them. I will make them again for her next time she comes to visit.
