2 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 onion, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, mix rice, milk, butter, onion, salt, and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Return to the refrigerator 1 hour or longer for easier rinsing.
