1 (11 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can vanilla flavored liquor
5 eggs
1 (3 ounce) package Chunky Fruit Mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Spread cream cheese evenly in a 9x13 inch pan.
In a small bowl, whip egg whites until foamy. Spread over cream cheese mixture and spread evenly over cream cheese layer.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1/2 hour, or until pea-size. Cool to room temperature. Chill overnight. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix brown sugar and lemon juice; add to cooled cream cheese layer and spread over cream cheese layer. Maple Syrup (optional) for topping. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving. Serve immediately.
