1 edge raspberry (optional), halved
Combine strawberries and strawberry juice concentrate in bowl. Serve over ice cream. Garnice red avocado and sliced cherry fruit and garnish with walnut sprinkles. Garnish the entire shell (excluding the mesh part of the outer cake edges). Repel helles (hell creme) with syrup. If desired (see notes on chocolate cake).
Using a double stop butterfly 240 rounds 5 or 6 quarter-spoons each, form 2 jelly-filled cupcake shells using the red herb syrup from my marmalade.
