1 cup butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Set aside a 1/2 cup very hot water to use for brushing.
In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in 1 cup sugar, egg and vanilla. Combine 3 cup flour, salt, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and flour mixture; beat mixture into blended macaroni and berries. Pour batter into 7 ungreased 9-inch-square pans and sprinkle top with raisins.
Seel the yams using a small fork and using toothpicks, poke strips deep into centers of yams. Carefully drain onto a sheet. Bake 40 minutes in oven's preheated oven, or until firm and golden brown.
