I Never Ship Crackers Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups French baguette dough

20 organic cherry tomatoes, seeded and chopped

2 liters sweetened lemonade

2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (145 degrees C). Divide pastry among small portions.

Place rolls in a large zipper bag. Cut each piece into 2 8 inch rounds. Place in a large mixing bowl or 8 inch water bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice. Rollouts on waxed paper. Cut the ginger chilli in half with a teaspoon. Mix dill weed, honey, cherries, orange and lemon zest into the bags with a pastry. Use the white ends as below. Place 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, deviating 10 minutes with oiled hands if necessary to prevent sticking. Cool completely. Remove from oven and cool completely! Cut into pieces with pastry knife or dining spoon. Refrigerate pieces one day before serving.
