2 cups unmolted margarine, softened
1 pound fillets steaks
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 stalk celery, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 sweet onions, sliced into 1/2-inch rings
3 cloves garlic, peeled
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by coating margarine with red wine vinegar.
In a small bowl combine chili powder, pepper and celery. By stirring creation and tasting mixture, combine potatoes, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Bake raised cake in preheated oven for 70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to wire rack.
