1 1/4 cups butter, softened
1/2 cup nonfat egg
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup honey
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
In a medium-size mixer bowl, cream together the butter and egg together until smooth. Beat in the sugar and honey. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla together, then stir into the creamed mixture alternately with the honey mixture. Mix until blended; marshmallow glaze and roll into walnuts. Roll tightly into walnut sized log.
