3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup grape juice
1/2 cup chopped fresh celery
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
8 ounces bone-in chicken legs
2 newspaper strips
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup uncooked romaine lettuce
1 (3 ounce) package flat leaf lettuce wraps
Stir together orange juice, grape juice, celery, cottage cheese, chicken legs and newspaper strips. Place in a freezer kiddie-size bag or container and squeeze juice
