2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 packet dry onion soup mix
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 squares pepperjack cheese
In a medium saucepan, cook beef and onion until browned on all sides. Stir in potatoes and stir gently. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in soup mix and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cheese.
