1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
8 ounces Easy Picante Sauce
8 ounces Burrito Bell Quesadillas (1 1/2 inch thick)
8 slices white bread
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In an electric blender or food processor, combine sour cream, milk, and finely chopped cold peppers. Cook until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in fried potatoes and cheese.
Pour mixture into a slow cooker, add cooked potatoes, cilantro, and 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese; mix. Serve with taco sauce.
